Monroe Ambulance operates a full service billing/collections
office with experienced staff and state of the art computer
technology. Our billing/collections staff is trained in all aspects
of insurance and patient verification as well as billing and
collections. Monroe is a participating provider with several
insurances including but not limited to the following: Medicare,
Medicaid, Excellus BC/BS, Wellcare and Evercare, and bills claims
directly to many other commercial insurance, HMO, No-Fault and
Workers Compensation carriers.
